What is continuous coverage?

Continuous coverage from Landmark Home Warranty makes your life easier by taking out the yearly renewal process and ensures there is no lapse in coverage. This means that you do not have to call each year to renew your contract, Landmark will do it automatically. You can still reevaluate the coverage you have chosen each year and upgrade!

By choosing the continuous coverage option, you will now pay a small monthly payment rather than a full yearly payment. In order to find out what your monthly payments are, take the total payment and divide it by 12 months. Make sure to use the coupon code EARLYBIRD60 at the time of your checkout to waive the $5 monthly processing fee.

When can I set up continuous coverage?

There are three times you can set up continuous coverage:

1. If you are purchasing a home warranty that is not a part of a real estate transaction, you can choose our continuous coverage option, and pay by monthly payment.
2. 30 days after purchasing your home warranty plan. 
3. When your home warranty is up for renewal. 

How to Set Up Continuous Coverage and Automatically Renew Your Warranty

If you have already purchased a home warranty with Landmark, you can set up continuous coverage for next year, 30 days after purchasing your current plan.

Setting up automatic renewal is easy! Here’s how:

1. Go to landmarkhw.com click “Login”
2. Go to the “Warranty Information” tab, select “Setup Auto Renew”
3. You will be given the options that are available for you to upgrade, downgrade or any add-ons you would like with your new warranty.
4. Enter the EARLYBIRD60 coupon code.
5. Enter your payment information and submit!

How to Set Up Continuous Coverage and Monthly Payments When You Renew Your Home Warranty

You can renew your home warranty up to 60 days before it expires and set up continuous coverage.
